Here are a few pics of a couple of twig catfish I got a few weeks ago, called Tikku (Finnish for twig, how imaginative of me) and Salem. The species is unknown, but I'm guessing it's the hybrid Hemiloricaria sp. "Red" X Hemiloricaria lanceolata. This because they seem to me to have the markings of the lanceolata but are more reddish in tone.

They now live in my 53 gal together with a 7 bronze cories and a couple of angels. Lovely fish! :)

Here's a photo without a flash...

and here's one with the flash. You can see the reddish tint on them here.

And finally, here's Tikku from the front. Can you see him smiling for the camera? ;)

We love twig catfsh, yours is lovely.

Ours are farlowella sp and are both, also with astounding imagination, called 'Twiggy'.

Thanks for the replies. :)

Heh, Twiggy looks cool. I hope I can some day get a tank especially for different kinds of twig catfish. It would be a more unusual sight. ;)

Yes, very nice. That Farlowella is nice too.
