I wanted to put some Micro Sword Narrow Leaf and Red Ludwigia and maybe some Cambomba too in a .5gal and grow only the plants. Since there'll be no fish, could I use houseplant fertilizer such as Miracle Gro Bone Meal or Miracle Gro Houseplant Food Spikes. The Substrate will be Miracle Gro Organic Potting Mix with a 1cm Play Sand cap. The plants will be living in tank water from my 10gal and'll get sun 8-10 hours a day.

You'll want to use a fertiliser specifically for aquatic plants, as normal fertilisers are intended for plants which suck nutrients up through the roots which isn't always the case with aquatic plants, especially not stem ones.

Tropical Plant Nutrition + is one I hear recommended a lot. You might wish instead to research mixing up your own fertilisers as it works out a lot cheaper if you're willing to put the effort in.

I wanted to do a mix of Epsom Salt and water. Any mixtures?

Fast growing plants = loads of ferts, plenty of CO2 and loads of light (in that order)
I know of a system currently running at 20watts per gallon, 100ppm CO2 and x5 E.I. dosing.....which sounds fun :)

Not really.

Yes really o.0 ? Would some regular plant ferts not have pesticides etc in that may or may not harm fish/the quality of the water? I mean, you are right but you'd have to be careful about which one you use... I imagine... I'm still new to planted tanks :p Haven't phrased my reply to well either, on a Monday (yesterday), I don't wake up until Friday ;)

The quoted post was more about foliar feeding.
I'm not totally sure it's legal to sell a pre-mixed pesticide & fertiliser but I could be wrong. I touched on ammonia and possible problems with organic nutrients in the OP's other post, but this one was worded differently.

IMO

EDIT: Scratch that. Just reading up on "weed and feed".
