Hi new here and looking for advice... my fish keep dying :-(
Warning long post!!

So I've got a 230l tank set up march last year and cycled.
Temp in the tank within the green
Filter and 1/3 tank changes every week without fail with gravel cleaner.
Test strips show all within normal range.
I add tap water safe to each bucket. 1ml to 10l.
I feed a good amount of flakes a day plus bloodworm on the odd occasion.
There are plenty ornaments and hiding places.
In the tank we have:
2 balloon mollies
1 red tailed shark
3 neons
3 other tetras
2 suckered fish (don't know name! But only little)
2 angel fish
1 swordtail
1 siamese fighter
2 gourami
3 stripey barb

They all seem to get on, the shark and neon are now the only original fish from when we first bought some and the shark is vibrant and happy.
In the past 3 weeks alone we have lost a mollie 2 gourami. The colour seems to fade from them and they just sit around the bottom gradually getting worse this has been happening for months now and we tend to lose prob 1 a month.
Please any advice or help welcome its just so upsetting to keep losing fish and I don't know what we're missing!

Tia

Cool tank. And here is the but, you really need live plats to make these guys happy. Live plants give the fish protection from each other and it makes them feel at home. You need some stemmed plants and some floating plants that will help all these guys.

Brilliant thankyou for your quick reply. I'm on it today then!!
