Tropical Fish Finder's fish list

If a fish appears on the tropical fish finder lists does it mean it has been for sale some where at some time or is it just a general database, I do realise that they don't cover all shops. I ask only because there are a couple fish I would like on their list that are not stocked & I’ve had no joy finding them at any lfs it would be good to know whether a certain fish has ever been for sale because then there is a chance they will turn up again.

All of the fish on their list are species that have been imported into the UK at one time or another.

Having said that, some of them are very rarely imported or imported only by request and therefore are still very hard to come by.

Cheers there's some hope then, i would like find someCorydoras cruziensis i have a thing for little cory's.
