Triops

Hey all, I was wondering if the triops are ok to use as a live food source. I did a search on here but it didn't return anything. The package says that they're a relative to the brine shrimp. Anyone have any info on these guys?

Probably, I mean, not to a 1inch tetra, but anything over.... 3 inches? It depends how big they are when you feed them.

I seem to remember reading something about them being not good' for fish...
