Trimac Tank Mates?

hi i have 75 gallon tank and i would like to know if one trimac cichlid and one alligator pleco could live in there i will be using two marineland  emperor 400s and that is = to 160 gallons of filtration and i dont think this would work but is there is one more fish that could be kept with my setup pleas tell me.

hmmm, personally I wouldnt keep a Trimac in 75g I would want closer to 100g - ideally a 4x2x2 120g would be a great tank.
 
As for mixing with a plec, its tough to know what the Trimac will be like. They are one of those cichlids that are hard to predict. In the 75g a young trimac and a larger plec could be worth a try at the start. Then let them grow together and judge the temperament of the trimac, with them being small they shouldt do too much damage to a larger plec.

ok thanks but thankfully this will be a long time before it happens so i have allot of time to think i still need to get my planted tank dun upgrade my jaguar cichlid and get my breeding dun thanks for the help
