Transporting A Tank

Any tips for taking a 4ft tank and cabinet in the back of a steel tray ute on a 2 hour drive?
Could get a little bumpy

Wrap the tank in thick duvets Particularly the underneath so if you go over bumps, its got insulation.

lots and lots of cushioning duvets/blankets/foam and strapped down

I take it the roads you are travelling on are not in the best condition?

Well it's from town to town, will be mostly highways but I am always paranoid. Don't want to drive 4 hours to bring a tank home that I just bought to find a crack in.

Ah those Aussie roads.
Heading over at end of month M8 cant wait....lol

Thick polystyrene sheeting between tank and UTE base, pad everything around and strap down well.
