hi iv seen a 6 ft tall hexagon tower tank which is about 12 inches wide
its about 22-24 gallons and just wondering will there b any restrictions because its so tall or do you think of it as a normal 22-24 rectangle tank
wat fish would b suitible here
thanx :good: :shout: :hyper:

Would look interesting but that sort of surface area to water volume would be very limiting to the stocking levels. I would personally not get one of these as I think they are useless, but hey everyone to there own....

Imagine trying to reach the bottom of the tank to do regular maintenance. Or scrapping the glass to rid algae. It might look fancy and interesting right now, but its a failure of a fishtank.

You've bought a bad tank. Surface area is essential to a proper fish tank, as this aids the gas exchange which is essential for a normal healthy fish tank Not to mention fish swim sideways naturally, vertical space isn't great.. If you can, take it back. If not - as others have said, turn it into an ornament - keeping fish in there isn't a bright idea.

That's like recommending someone get a stuffed cat if their apartment doesn't let them have pets.
