Should I fix this somehow or will he heal by himself? It is his dorsal this is torn, you can slightly see it.
Ammonia 0 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 10

It should heal fine on it's own, as long a you have good clean water. Keep an eye on it though, as they can sometimes develop secondary infections, like fungus, and that will need treating with a med.
