Top Dwellers?

Hi!
I currently have a pair of Apisto cacatuoides, a pair of honey gouramis, a bolivian rams, BN plec and 5 rummy nosed tetra.
I feel I need some more top dwelling fish for my tank but I can't really think of any apart from rocket panchax but I think they might be a bit small and get eaten?

Any suggestions would be wonderful!

I've heard they can be quite jumpy though? I have a gap in the lid where my external filter intakes are

Topping up the rummy nose school may actually have the effect of getting them to swim closer to the surface..

I have Hatchet fish in my tank, and there is a small gap where the filter pipes enter the tank. Never had a problem.

Also you could try some Halfbeaks.

What about a pair of Gold Wonder Killifish or a group of Splash Tetra

Golden Wonder Panchax will eat the Rummynose more than happily my adult male ate a platy without batting his *imaginary* eyelids!

Favourite top dwellers:

*Dadios (Chela Dadyburjori)
*Danios (Zebras, Golden Zebras, Leopards etc... Glowlights, Giants etc often prefer mid level rather than top)
*Marbled Hatchets (are jumpy but not too bad, stick a bit of sponge round your filter pipes, problem solved!)
*Halfbeaks (can be a bit gnarly tempered depending on species)
*Splash Tetras (very nice if you can find them...)
