Not heard of it before. It does look ok but the skimmer looks fairly small and is only an airstone powered one, this will work but airstones tend to become clogged fairly quickly which means it loses effectivness. Without having seen one or any reviews on it I would be inclined to say go for just a skimmer by itself (something like a deltec or TMC one as these are both well known). The rest of the stuff on the Tom Pro3 would help a marine tank but isnt really needed if you have Live Rock filtration.
It does look like a pretty good system though. For a marine tank I would be inclined to take most of the sponges out and use chemical media (phosphate/nitrate removal). How much does it cost?
