hello, i have a 15 gallon fresh water tropical tank all the fish are going to a bigger home soon and im thinking about turning it into a salt water tank for clown fish. so here are my questions

how is this done

what new equipment will i need

is that enough room for clown fish

or any general information would be greatly appreciated thank you

A tank that size would be a "Nano" tank. It's definitely doable, with challenges depending on how much other livestock you want to keep. I'd head on over to the nano section and start reading the stickies there
