guys how to know the difference between male and female for tiger barb ??

You need to look at the dorsal fin. Males have a red edge above the black, females will have a clear edge, or possibly a very small 'dot' of red at the top.

Males will also, when in the mood, get red nosed. The females never get red on the face.
