Tiger Barb has Swim Bladder!

My Tiger Barb has swim bladder disease because not only is he bloated by swimming upside down! I need the best treatment possible because I'm leaving for Mexico this Thursday at 3 AM! I did install an airstone, woke up to everything okay, fed them, ok, was in the room for another hour or so, ok. I return about 3 hours later to see him swimming like heck! I heard fasting for 3 days, raising temperature, and then adding aquarium salt helps!
