OK, I am going to be getting a 25G tank, and these are the fish im going to put in it:

2-4 Rams
10 Tetras(which kind(s) should I get?)
1-3 Honey Gouramis

Could I add anything else?

Thanks
Andrew

I reckon if you kept only the 2 rams, 10 tetras and 1 honey gourami(Due to the males becoming territorial, I think, rams do but not sure bout gourami)

You could get a small shoal of bottom feeders such as khuli looaches or cory's

I'm with Kuhni. You are near the limit with his adjusted list however, some corys would be a good idea for activity in the lower level and the clean up process. I think I would pass on the loaches in that tank. They like to be in groups of 5+ and you don;t have the room. Also Kuhli loaches are real diggers and should have a sand substrate.

Don't get tetras, most likely any smaller sized ones like neons, glowlites, rummynose, ect. will get eaten. It would be better with a larger group of corys. If you are desperate for some tetras I would go for a few black skirt, but these do get larger so drop the 10 to like 5 or 6.

hmmm... Okay how about this for stocking...

2 rams
2 peacocks
1 honey gourami

??? pretty sure that would work out good although someone may need to varify this for me.

Definately no on the Kuhli Loaches. I had a few and I never saw them, they would always hide. I went a whole year without seeing 1 of the 3 that I had. Definately not active at all.

I'm not sure why someone posted that the tetras would get eaten... I have a pair of rams with a small group of cardinals (for about 6 months so far), and there has never been any problems. Maybe other cichlids are prone to eating smaller fish, but my rams are quite gentle until breeding time, and then they only run the fish away from the eggs.
As for the kuhlis, if you get the plain black ones they are more active. I have some that are out all the time, hanging out in the plants, scavenging for food, whatever.
I'd go with a pair of rams, either 3 cories or 3-5 black kuhlis, and a small group (maybe 6) of the smaller tetras (cardinals, rummynose, etc). You may even want to consider hatchetfish instead of the tetras. They hang out at the top, so the middle would be wide open for your rams, and the bottom would be covered with the cories/kuhlis.
HTH!

I reckon tetra's would be fine - rams wouldn't eat them, nor would small (dwarf, honey) gourami.
I also reckon you'd be better leaving cories /loaches out as the rams stick to the lower part of the tank, so you'll have activity there already.
I'd go for a pair of rams, a shoal of 10 of the same type of not-big tetra (any that like soft acid water which your rams will want) (and the same kind as IMO one big shoal looks great whilst 2 groups of 5 lacks the same impact and isn't as great for the fish), and honey gourami.
That way you should have activity at all depths of the tank, lots of great colours, and good mix of fish shape,if you see how I mean.
