This Looks Very Weird...

I just noticed that I have a kind of 'film' on my water. It looks a bit blueish as if it were oil...
I am currently dosing fungus cure, plus liquid carbon on a daily basis and just put in today NPK for my plants. My filter does not agitate the surface and the current is calm.

Anybody knows what is causing this and whether it is dangerous? Should I get rid of it, and if so, how?

I usually have the same type of oily film, and when food is dropped on the surface the film seems to "clear" around the food. I dose liquid carbon in the tank too but that's it. I've tried "skimming" it off with a fish net but it did nothing. Not sure if my case of film is related to your case though.

Anyways, I have no clue what it is but I'd like to hear the answers.

It could be protein from the food, or it could be fungus cure, liquid carbon, or NPK. Not dangerous, a paper towel will get rid of it.
