Man, I have always hated dyed fish but had never even IMAGINED people would go so far as to tatoo them! How sick is this... and all for a few extra bucks in the store owners pocket I'm sure...

I have heard of this but never actually seen it...that is absolutely cruel and disgusting! I really hope thats not legal where i live! (or everywhere for that matter). Let me know if you find out more....

It's legal where I live at least. I've seen many tattooed fish before in the pet stores. My favorite is the blood red parrot with I <3 U tattooed on it at Valentine's Day. Not only is it horrible to the fish, it's TACKY. Who wants a fish with some kind of saying tattooed on it anyway??

Awe i feel so bad for the fish who would have to go through it. I mean for some people it even hurts, I don't want to begin to think of how they do fish.

there are some very sad people around! especially when you think of the fantastic variety of "real" tropical fish there are.
