It just lasts the duration of the song (You've got a Friend). I enjoy seeing/hearing the whole thing personally . I think it is meant to be like a music video. It probably does seem a bit long if you expected something brief, or if you aren't familiar with the song (it's an oldie ). It's approximately 4 minutes long .
