How much/often would you reccomend feeding under these circumstances? Will the clam be relying supplemental feeding for a larger part of its food than it would rely on photosynthesis?

You'd have to judge it by the clam's mantle extension. If it really stretches its mantle, chances are its not getting enough light, hungry and feedings should increase. Every setup is different so I cant say for sure how often feeding would be required. If I had to take a guess, I'd say feeding with phyto/rots/cyclopeeze at least 3-5 times per week
