Thinking Of A Change In Direction For My 350Ltr

I'm really wanting some Africans, but I cannot face giving up my severum and oscar. I have a lot of tanks inside the house and I'm not allowed anymore (she's moody) in the house. The real issue I have with this is that I have a lot of tanks that are empty but I really have no extra room in the house for them.
I have intended to build a shed but due to a back injury I simply cannot do it at the minute.
I know if I give my severum and oscar up then get the shed sorted I will resent the fact that I've given them up.
I have a friend who is a serious private breeder and has some lovely fish in at the minute.
I thought fishkeeping was supposed to be relaxing?

I know how you feel buddy. So much I want to keep, so little space and money to do so. Still contemplating keeping the oscar... Don't think I can bare to get rid of him.
