Thinking About Another Planted Tank

I am thinking on getting juwel rokord 70 to make into another planted tank (already got a rio 125)

With concerns to lighting, the lighting wil only be 2 t8s, 1 i will get with the tank and the other tube/ballast is in my garrage (on a rekord 60 hood)
these are both 15 watts so i shoudl get about 1.6wpg. Many people talk about plant tubes but i cant sem to find any. Please can somebody supply some links to good tubes? I would need 2 15 watt tubes.

On my rio, i am currently using the hydor co2 however this is a little noisey i find. With the nutrafin unit, please can somebody tell me how it works and is there a motor at all?

With the filtration, i might buy an external filter to go on my rio and then upgrade the pump (from 400lph to 600 lph) will this be ok?

Other than that, i will be using tetra plant substrate and then argos playsand and then i will hopefullyu do a journal- my rio 125 has a journal but nobody replied to it so i gave up.

Does this sound ok?

Go for it. Go with T5 full spectrum lighting. Go with a Canister filter.

The nutrafin is simply a fermentatoin kit, yeast, cos & sugar is mixed together in the cannister, CO2 production begins anfd the pressure forces the CO2 up the tube and onto the ladder (no motors... silent!) You can diffuse it by a glass ceramic diffuser which is better. Chuck the sachets supplied and follow the guide above.

Aim for minimum 5x turnover, 10x is better.
