I moved my 38g yesterday evening, and raised my ammonia level back upto 4ppm. Its dropped back down (as normal) to about 0. My nitrites between 0.5 and 2 (abit inacurate me thinks...), and im just kinda wondering when i can add my 1st fish? Theres algea everywhere...
I dont want to have anything die on me, so if its too soon to tell, then thats fine.

Thanks alot, Mikey

I let my run(filter, heater ect in the tank) for 3 days when i put my 1st fish in. u can add now, not many , just a few, then a week later , add a couple more(its wat i did)nitrate really doesnt do that much hard , ammonia is more deadly tho :good:

i may be wrong but i thought that nitrate is the product of amonia and helps break down bad bacteria

Im not doing a cycle with fish, its cruel. IM going fishlees, hence adding the ammonia, and ive been adding it for about 3 weeks now. Think itll take a couple more weeks though.

Mikey
