Watching fish.
Here are some things that fish love.

*Keep fish in a pond or the biggest possible tank, they will live longer
*In the summer, when the water is warmer, put some ice cubes in your aquarium, Fish LOVE them.
*Feed your fish a treat every once in a while. Here are some foods that they can eat.

Vegetables (steam or soak in hot water):

dark green leafs such as romaine or spinach
peas (deskin)
cucumber
zucchini
carrots (mush lightly)
corn (deskin)

Other plants:

anacharis/elodea
spirulina flakes
algae flakes

Fruits (peel and cut up, do a water change later):

grapes
oranges
plums
cantelope
watermelon
grapefruit

Other:

hard boiled egg white, some egg yolk (Do a water change after)

It's also good to give them some freeze-dried, frozen, or live foods as well. Here are some examples:

Freeze dried and frozen foods:

blood worms (mosquito larvae)
tubifex worms
krill (large shrimp)
brine shrimp
Live foods (watch out for pesticides and diseases):

earthworms
blood worms
brine shrimp
tubifex worms

Putting a fish in a bowl is VERY CRUEL and is basically torturing them.

Having friends for your fish is even better, maybe you could have babies, too!

Always have a Bubble Maker/Air Pump in the Aquarium, fish need air

Also have a filter and maybe some shrimp, snails or algae eaters.

Do around a 30-50% Water change each week.

If you have any other ideas or things that your fish love, please, tell!

Theres lots of things that fish need an enjoy, but unfortunately you've posted some innaccurate information there:

Diet: different fish eat different things, theres no hard and fast rule for what would be considered a treat. Some will eat veg and fruit, others won't - if you want to know which is which you need to look up that individual fish.

Ponds: again, some fish are happy in ponds but due to temperature etc the majority won't be. And some prefer smaller tanks. As for bowls, they aren't ideal for most fish - but provided something is done to ensure there is plenty of gaseous exchange, they can be okay for some small fish. Some fish actually seem to prefer smaller tanks in my experience - betta's being one example.

Bubble makers or air pumps aren't required at all, if you've angled your filter outlet so there is surface agitation there will be plenty of gaseous exchange.

Tank mates depend entirely upon the species of fish. Some should be kept only by themselves, or with one or two other robust occupants in a very big tank. Others can mix together quite happily, but that all depends on the species of fish that you're talking about mixing - and the compatibility of two types of fish is something that is discussed every day. So fish don't always like friends.

Its great to see you've got an interest, but trying to come up with a few simple rules to cover fishkeeping is frankly stupid. Fish are complicated creatures that require knowledge, planning and experience to keep happy. There is so much variation from fish to fish that any addition needs to be researched first, and places like this (with a great mix of experienced fishkeepers willing to share their knowledge and experiences with those in need of advice) are priceless. I can't help but feel your post flies completely contrary to the message that people who come on here often the share their experience give out daily: fish are very individual and have individual needs, depending on their species.
