Thick Lip Or Honey Gourami?

Hello everyone. Ive had a 20 gallon tank for about 3 months now and about a month ago i bought the fish linked here>>

In the shop he was labelled as a Honey Gourami, but after looking a bit closer he looks more like a thick lip gourami. Is there anyone who can 100% tell me what he/she is?? and also if he is male/female what the opposite sex looks like becuase i think he's getting a little lonely.

If it helps he's 4cm long and ive had him for a month now and he hasn't grown at all. He also comes to the surface to take air in. Ive heard this is true in some gouramis?? I dont know if both Honey's and Thick Lipped ones do this.

Hope this narrows it down.

I'd go with Thick Lipped too - looks just like a female one I used to have.

lol what a range of replies hehe me thinks its a honey as it looks exactly like my red honey.
