They Have Hatched! Need Advice

My first fry of any fish hatched today and I have I believe upwards of 40 krib fry in 2 little areas in a 7 gallon tank (used for the fry tank at this point) the mum is moving her kids from her little skull cave into a large shell. I need some help, when do I feed the fry, how much and what foods?

I got some kribs to breed several months ago. They got fed 3 times daily, twice with crushed flake, and once with bbs. They're doing pretty well for me not really trying, I got them for free.
