well i'm not wonderful at fish types but even I know they aren't what you ordered and look most def like normal bettas to me as everyone says.

Was just thinking,,,maybe they sent you the wrong order and someone else has your fish

Well Ive spoken to him and he reckons they are Imbellis and he should know blah blah blah! Im not convinced but then I wouldnt want to send them back as their fins are so tatty so at least Ive rescued them! P**ed of though and very disappointed and just to top the day off nicely I got a flat tyre on the school run and had to ring the ex husband to come rescue us

Poor you and in this heat too. Do screen shots of what everyone has put and email it to them. I've got a good easy programme for doing it if you need it pm me.

tell him a few breeders have told u they are NOT imbellis, and if he doesnt refund u, then u will take matters further

this so called breeder is just trying to make a quick buck off you and trying to convince you that he knows better. I am guessing you payed with paypal or a cc, call him again and tell him if you are not refunded you are going to file a claim to get your money back and it will not be good for his business.

Its bloated as its just had a load of blood worms the little piggy lol!

Almost identical! Cant believe that this guy is so dodgy, the website looks so reputable, Im truly gutted.

looking at the 2 most recent pics, they do appear to have a slightly more elongated form than your typical splendens, but still don't look like imbellis either, maybe they are cross breeds? i am not suggesting that this makes it ok as clearly they are still not what you ordered (although that may just be the camera angle)
