does any1 have any tips on how 2 get it off neatly because its really annoying me?????

I've never tried to take one off but I would think a scraper (it may just peel off) and some alcohol would work. The alcohol of course is to remove the sticky stuff. Just be careful that you don't get the alcohol in the tank.

Alcohol for the frustration from not getting the glue off perfectly too - lol!!! seriously tho - i've used those alcohol prep-pads and an algae scraper-blade and got the a sticker off

go to a painter and decorators stor and ask for a thing they call a zipper :) will have it off in a sec there made for getting items of glass such as stickers paint glue... u name it it will remove it off flat glass withput scratching the glass

Why do u want to removee it. U must have stick in aplace where it doesnt disturb u or annoy u. Its very hard to take it off.

googone.. the BEST stuff in the world for sticky stuff like that. you don't even have to scrape, just wipe! also removes houshold stuff like mascara and sticky stuff from other surfaces. :good: googone

Nail polish remover? I've seen some stuff called "sticky stuff gone for fish tanks",(or something like that anyway!!) in my lfs.
Someone at work tried getting rid of the residue left by the one that was on there by letting it dry and using glasspaper!! (it wasn't successful!)

active ingredient in that is the citrus juice, plenty of cleaners have it in, very good at shifting grease :good:

Just don't ever use that stuff on anything plastic... it'll melt plastic.

EDIT: Maybe I'm thinking of GoofOff. That's some awesome and strong stuff.

I'm not sure about the GoofOff or GooGone but you definitely don't want to use fingernail polish remover on plastic or acrylic. It will definitely mar the surface.
