i keep fish tanks for decrative purposes as well as formy fascination, love and knowledge about keeping fish and the fish i keep.

but i would be honest and say if fish tanks didnt look good etc i doubt i would of got into the hobby.

First, better fed then me, look after them well, always do when i take a pet on learn about there needs, as i like to do my best for my pets, and it is rewarding in the end.

Hi mr dark-saint: Basia is my user name, I stole the name from the Czech diva when I bought my first Boxer dog (a *****). It was kind of fun, spelt Basia pronounced Basher - which summed my dog up perfectly, never go around something you can bash out of the way. My current Boxer is exactly the same, called Brenda tho'. Basia is my user name on all of the forums I visit.

The question (if indeed it is a question) is a little too black and white for me.

I am a fish keeper who is trying to know all he can about his fish and a person who enjoys how they (and they tanks they inhabit) look in a house.

I don't think anyone would admit they were a person that kept the fish just for decorative purposes because no one would shut up about it once they said it.

I doubt thats true.
Although my parents wont let me, i'd have a show tank down stairs for show pourposes. I'd do much research before I bought anything though.
So yes for enjoying fish and having a master piece, and no for just the master piece part of it.
