You know what I've always thought would be interesting? an RT or FT on a veil shaped tail. I'd do it, because I have found some very strong and healthy VTs, but I CAN'T GET FT OR RT!!!! WAAAH!

not sure that would work?

veiltails shape is caused in part, by the lack of ray divisions, (veiltails have either single or double rays) once you start to get more rays, the fish becomes a delta/superdelta/HM and rosetails and feathertails are at the very top end of the spectrum (they have so many ray divisions the tail cant hold them all in a normal flat pattern)

so surely breeding a VT to a FT or RT would simply result in tail types from the more mid range, i.e SD's?
