Hey lovelies, sad news.  It appears one of my Cherry Barb females died.  No signs of anything wrong with her either, or any of the other fish for that matter.  I haven't lost any fish in that tank in such a long time too.    Now I have 3 males and only 2 females, which is exactly backward.  I really don't want to add any more because eventually I wanted to have Harlequin Rasboras instead..........
 
Kinda put me off doing those water changes I planned.  Must get to them tonight.  Right after I feed the mourners some freshly thawed bloodworms.

I booked my two camping vacations.. We open the summer over Memorial Day weekend by going camping up in the north country, and close it by camping the weekend after Labor Day down on Cape Cod..
 
 
I booked both camping trips. Pearl Hill State Park is where we go for Memorial Day, last year we had the campground to ourselves, this year we will has some neighbors at least the first night (Sunday), but I expect everyone to clear out on Monday, and it should be quiet..
 
Interesting story aboot Pearl Hill.. Lets say hasing a beard comes with benefits.. The power of my beard was felt back in 2009.. and has come though in spades on a couple other occasions..
 
Us beard growers share common interests, so to speak.. 'NOAM 'SANE??

Had a great time at our school dance last night! Except for the fact that I got a girlfriend, then my ex-girlfriend flicked her off and called her a nasty word..... Then she broke up with me because she wasn't ready for this and wasn't prepared to deal with what my ex was going to say/do.

Hey Lovelies!  My wife's 1998 Mercury Mountaineer needs a new front differential & transfer case, which amounts to at least $3000 worth of fixin' so we're retiring her.  She's been great to us, had her for over 12 years and 205,000 miles.  She doesn't owe us anything anymore.  We spent all day finding a new SUV for her & we settled on a 2011 Mercury Mariner with only 21,000 miles on it for about $19,000.  Those payments are gonna hurt but she sure does shine!
 
Now I'm too pooped to do much more than watch TV and drink beer.

Got some gourmet fishy foods from anglesplus.com... I got an anti verm food, a blended food for my other community tank, and a fry strarter blend for my guppy fries.. The fry pellets were a lil bigger than i expect (twss)

Feeling better today after being sick yesterday.  Blahhhh.....   Gearing up to do water changes later today after mowing the lawn!  Can't believe we are mowing already!  Getting ready to set up another 10 gallon for my guppy fry I'm expecting from a breeding project.  Growing a little restless on the Tank front.  Wanting to try another type of fish.  Just don't know what.  I really enjoy reading about the Betta sororities.  We'll see! 
 
Just got word at work that I could be looking at a change in schedule to where I could be working 2 to 3 6 day weeks per month.  Glad for the money but summer is coming on.  But my kids are growing up and they will probably never be home anyway!  lol
