The New Re-scape

love the root things, havent got anything like that in my fish shop where did you get them.

They are fab.

got the roots online from zooplus. but be careful packaging is not up to the job 2 arrived broken and service is pants. other than that they are ok

yeah there is that small detail lol it can be a bit interesting. did a 50% water change today thats 50 gallons with a bucket!!!!

hehe yep i do 300litres twice a week with a 10 litre bucket,got some muscles now

lol tell me about it the tank sits almost 5 foot tall on the cabinet . even had to get a new gravel vac with a 2 foot long tube so it would reach the gravel . then theres the extra dechlorinator etc. i syphon the water out with a length of hosepipe but i dont like putting in he new water then dechlorinarting. i prefer to know its dechlorinated before it gos in with the fish so it takes about 500 buckets!!!

Seriously mark, use the hose to put it back in as well, dechlor for the amount you have taken out 1st, then fill, then dechlor again towards the end if your worried. Its easier and I and many others do it this way with no problems at all.
