Tetra Id Please?

Please forgive me for posting this in two places, but when I tried posting this where it really belonged, I couldn't post the photos. Makes IDing VERY difficult! Anyway, these were sold to me as Von Rio tetras, but when I googled those images, I saw vertical stripes on the front half, and mine don't have them. So any help would help!!

Well... I'm talking about the circled one..... the other one I would say is a Serpae tetra......

The other one IS a Serpae tetra. I have five. It's just the circled one I'm questioning. And I actually didn't say black line, but vertical stripes on the front half of the fish.

And, how does one determine their sex?

This is the photo I found online showing what they claim is a Von Rio. My fish don't have the vertical stripes forward.

Plumpness of body is the only way to tell..... as is the case with most of the tetras......
