Tetra bloated or what?

Is my tetra full of eggs or bloated?

I'd say bloated and it has something else going on to... It's back shouldn't be distorted like that.
@GaryE, what are your thoughts on this?

I looked at this last night, and had to think about it. I think the fish may be suffering from a spinal deformity. The shape isn't what I've seen with a egg bound fish, and it doesn't look like dropsy, or obesity.
