Testing Kits

Hi Guys

My LFS swears on Esha testing strips (and demonstrated them). they seem effective and accurate. Does anyone have any experience. I know most people recommend the API Master Test Kit.

Would love to hear comments from anyone that has used both!!!

soz cant help havent tried the strips ,im a total newbie so went with the api master kit ebay £18 incl delivery cheaper than shop £30. and was with me in 1 day , all i can say is api kit works great and extreemly accurate as i used to get my water tested by lfs who used strip type test but when i got kit i tested same time my results differed slightly and after few mins result can change so if done dip with strip i wonder if it has enough time in the solution to get clearest result , ps api kit says upto 800 tests so worth it ,hope it helps kaz x

ebay is definate best place to get it others have brought it off there for £13 so hopefully you can save some pennies ,

I'm a complete n00b at this awell. I bought an API Master Test Kit last friday and have no complaints with it so far, it's clear and easy to understand. Definatley worth the investment.

Got mine from Pets at Home for about £20.
