Can anyone recommend a good Saltwater test kit? Thanks

I'm guessing you mean a good brand. In that case, Salifert is the best, although apparently they are expensive (in aus. they are pretty much the same as the other brands). For an economical and accurate test kit Aquarium Pharmaceuticals is a good one.
