just finished installing stands and tanks room not heated yet.the few tanks i have with heaters are crammed full with plants. my water temp in other tanks is 56ish is that too cold for vallis, crypts and floating salvina
thanks

It will be ok for Salvinia and possibly Vallisneria spiralis 'Tiger. However Crypts and other Vallis sp. don't tolerate water that cold.
By all means give it a try though, the results may suprise us.

what temp do i need a minimum would give me a better idea of what heaters i need
thanks again

My current 55 gal I normally keep at 82 but I had to get a new heater because the other one I had wouldn't shut off ><, normally I keep my tanks anywhere from 72F-82F this is due to some of the fish that I spawn so hmm not sure on lowest but would says a good margin would be 72-82f, currently my 55g says 76f and plants are doing well but I have alot more than just crypts etc.
