Tanks looks cloudy?

If you have ANY ammonia or nitrIte, the tank isn't cycled, or was and isn't anymore.
You really need to get the API Freshwater master test kit, the ammonia test is of utmost importance.

Which water conditioner do you use?

Never heard of that one before, but a quick glance at the ingredients list shows "minerals and iodine"...hmm

I recommend you get either some Seachem Prime or API Tap water conditioner when you run out of that stuff
