Hi again... i was just wondering what tank size (in litres) would be best for a group of 6 - 10 females?
I have a spare 35 litre tank that i could use.
Just found a lfs that has some beauties!!!
Oh, and another that has some luuuuurvly crown tails!!!!
Need to turn 1 of the kids rooms into a fish room lol

3, I've got one crowntail called Bruno, I may be buying a blue and copper veiltail off someone on the forum, and then I'll be having a rescue veiltail.

20 gallons is good for 10 girls. With 6 you can get away with 12-15 gallons. I have 5 in a 12 gallon and that works very well.

70 litre would be fine up to 9 or 10 girls - i had 14 in my 75 litre and they all got along swimmingly- get it ;)

have just started setting up the 70 litre and im going to have lots of fun planning it :D

just make sure theres alot of plants and caves for them to get away from each other and make sure some of the plants have big leaves for them to rest on and some floating plants like amazon frogbit.

i ordered 30 bunches of various plants off ebay yesterday, goin to get some terracotta pots to make caves with like in my males tanks. Hoping to find a nice big bit of bogwood too for a good price from my lfs.
