Tank Monitoring Device's

Me and the Mrs have been deciding what to get each other for christmas!! and what would you guess we started talking about our tanks

She mentioned a Fluval G series and after telling her the price of them she soon waived that one away.

So my question was or shall I say is: Does anyone know of or have any water monitoring devices/computers that can run constantly and tell things such as PH and/or ammonia and temperature etc?
