Hi there just mulling around ideas for final stocking for my tank.

At the moment it is a Fluval Roma 125 -
2 Honduran Red Point (Amatitlania siquia) (1M 1F)
5 Black Ruby Barbs (Puntius nigrofasciatus)
1 Flyer plec (Pseudolithoxus anthrax) L235.

Filtration is are 2 internal fluval filters but I'm going to swap over to an external Rena later this year.

Im looking for the stocking to be

2 Honduran Red Point (Amatitlania siquia) (1M 1F)
7 Black Ruby Barbs (Puntius nigrofasciatus)
1 Flyer plec (Pseudolithoxus anthrax) L235.

and then some other kind of dwarf - medium cichlid - similar to a keyhole but maybe a bit more robust? Any ideas?

I am not sure I know what you mean when you say robust and are referring to fish. If you want a dwarf cichlid, there are loads of choices, such as apistogramma, rams, and many more. Personally, I would not add another pair of cichlids to this tank, due to them both being pairs, I would worry about the agression. You might be able to have a single male apistogramma, or a single male ram. An angel might be fine in this tank, if you tank is 18" or more high.

yeah i was thinking of a single fish rather than a pair the hondurans are breeding in there already.

My male would easy down a juvi angel and not sure how an apisto would fare either defintley not a ram.

Was thinking of some kind of either dwarf acara or dwarf/small earth eater (if there are such a thing) maybe?
