Tank Maintenence

thanks to all who have helped in the set up of my tank which is now fully up and running and i have also started stocking it. what a pleasure it is. just a couple of questions regarding maintenence.
1 how long should i leave it before i start cleaing the gravel
2 how often should the gravel be cleaned
3 how long before i should clean the filter and sponges from set up
4 how often should the filter be cleaned
5 any suggestions for live plants and what are good to maintain and are hardy

Alright first of all you should a weekly maitenance.

In the weekly maintenace you should so a 20% water change and you should siphon the gravel

Every 4 weeks you should rinse your filter sponge in tank water.

For live plants get java fern to start of with and some ancharis.

Make sure you feed them.
