Tank Lights Problem

My tank lights finally went after 7 years so diceded to replace all 3 t8 750mm tubes , and trying to replace them the plastic fittings were very brittle and 2 of them have broke how do I replace them,

i got mine from Wharf aquatics.
 
Took the complete unit into the shop and the guy was really helpful. he had some in a clear packet behind the counter.
 
So maybe you LFS can help??

Gonna attemp to rewire it all myself just dont wanna mess it up and one tube still works
