Tank Heater

Howdy,

I got myself a Rena SmartHeater 50 and all it does is just blink, indicating that the tempeture in the tank is wrong, but it is not doing anything. Not pumping throu water nor heating up. It didn't come with a manual and I am not sure if I need to completely submurge it in the water or not, if anyone knows please help! And their website didn't help either.

Thanks but it is near the same as what I found on thier website. It didn't say if I could put it underwater all the way. Thanks though

i think you can as you can attach it to a pump and they are underwater
