Tank Has A Lot Of Nitrate

Hi all,

I noticed my tanks water went a bit cloudy about 3 days ago, but now it's no longer cloudy. I done a test on my water and noticed the nitrates are high. What can I do?

25% water change ever 2 days until it is better.

Remember to use a de-chlorinator product.
