I guys everything ok?

I neef some help i bought a tank with 240L and i need buy a heater and a filter. How much W need be the heater?
And what gilter should i buy?

I would do a 200w to 300w. Just make sure it is adjustable and fully sumbmersible, as they are easiest to work with.
 
Not sure if you have the brand "Aqueon" in Germany but they make great heaters!

Aqueon also makes a great filter, shoot for 5x filtration, which means get a filter that is about 1200 LPH. Not sure if they make a filter that big, but someone else can recommend another filter and fix any of my errors I might have made

I found one with 1200L/H with 3 filter inside sweet water and lake water.

They say its for 300L tankvso i think its good for me.

Just to add my two pence, I've got a 240l tank too, I use a 300w heater and a two Fluval filters (205 and 305) they work great! Bit overkill having both filters, I'd recommend either the 205 or 305.
