Tall Plants

Hello All.. Looking for some advice. I've had a bog standard 3ft x 1 ft x 15 inch high tank for years. I'm now thinking of getting an Aquaone Regency 100... this tank is 60cm tall and I normally like my tanks densley planted. Any ideas on plants that will reach the top? I don't want a tank that is lovely and dense in the bottom third and then bare upwards. The plants also need to be easy to grow
I'm pretty settled on the Regency 100 so just advice on planting it please

I'm having lots of luck with italian vallis and anubias. I especially love my giant anubia species. Sorry I don't know the scientific names but they are very common.
