Swordtail Question

Kind of new to fish so I am not sure how they mate or anything but it looks like my swordtail humps everything in the tank. I was wondering can he get the platys pregnant? Very silly question I know but it sure looks like that is whats he is doing.

I'm pretty sure swordtails can get mollies prego. Might want to check the hybrid section

Swords can and will cross with platies, but cannot with mollies...at all. Too great a distance between families.

Thanks for the info guys I think he got my platies pregnant so should be some interesting babies.
