So the snail was striking some poses for me when a curious fry came along. This humorous event then took place.

So far the snail is the most interesting creature in the tank. He tends to climb to the top of the tank and rest there. Last night I was walking into the room and I saw him launch from the side of the tank and free fall to the bottom fully retracted inside the shell. After hitting the bottom he turned over and continued on his way like nothing happened. I swear I could hear him saying, "Weeee!!!" on the way down.

Oh and the snail is OK.

lol HILARIOUS :hyper:

I have some apple snails in with fish and fry and the endlers are very curious and will nip the antennae of the snail, which usually withdraws into its shell when it's an adult doing the nipping. If it's a fry doing the nipping they're not usually bothered by them.

Mine are also into freefalling.....

 Great pics!

My snail does the freefalling thing... he also likes climbing up and then across the condensation tray so that just a little bit of his shell touches the water, thus freaking out the guppies no end. Then he comes back down into the water and sniggers at them.

look's like something out of Cloverfield

Good photo's though ;)
