Swolwn Eye

My poor black Angel have a severe swolen Eye, what can I put into the tank to cure it he seems to see out ot the clear one and some times the sore one seems to pulse

please help

Not sure if yours has the same problem that mine did, but this is what I did...

My angelfish had a swollen eye (it looked like his eye was being pushed out and the swelling was actually behind the eye.) I read somewhere that Epsom salt helps reduce swelling. I added the Epsom salt (I forget the amount, not a lot, and not aquarium salt, which has the opposite effect) and did a water change every other day and it slowly went down and he was back to normal in about a week or two.

Can you post a picture? Maybe someone can give you better advice with a picture to look at.
