Swollen Danio

One of my leopard danios has a red ring like circle around his mouth, he doesnt close his mouth.
Whats wrong with him?

Water stats? Which tank is it? Added anything new recently? How often are you doing a WC and how much do you replace? Tankmates?

PH - 7.0, ammonia 0, nitrate 0 , nitrite 0 - cycled, Nope aint added anything for the past month, 25% water change every 7 days and a 50% once a month, sometimes twice, its only the leopard danios in there - I recently moved my clown pleco into my bigger tank.

nitrate should not be 0 if the tank is cycled........

im not counting these results are accurate, im yet to replace my API master kit since it got stolen in the car, right now im just using a water test stip and its hard to make out.
